Section 2 of the full paper gives as eq. (1) Roth formula[1] for calculating the leak rate; in eq. (1), F is pressure and R is sealing coefficient. Section 3 gives Fig. 3 as the FEA (finite element analysis) model for determining F. Complying with the conditions laid down by A. Roth, section 4 derives eq. (6) for determining R; R is determined to be 0.336 MPa, 0.354 MPa and 0.162 MPa respectively for 23°C, 70°C and-70°C. With F and R already determined and Δp in eq. (1) taken as 0.1 MPa, section 5 gives the calculated leak rate as 157.65×10-11 Pa&middotL/s, 1.603×10-11 Pa&middotL/s and 2.606×10-11 Pa&middotL/s respectively for 23°C, 70°C and -70°C.
