From July 2007 to June 2015, 61% of rotavirus-positive, vaccineeligible children were unvaccinated for rotavirus. Of these, 67% of children had received diphtheria-tetanus toxoids-acellular pertussis within the recommended age for rotavirus vaccine initiation. Improving linkage between rotavirus and diphtheria-tetanus toxoids-acellular pertussis administration may impact the residual burden of US rotavirus disease.
