摘要
Real estate industry has obviously regional character while real estate industry in Harbin has its special character. Taking advantage of the existing model and adjusting it according to the situation in Harbin, the article calculates the disequilibrium degree. We conclude that the real estate industry in Harbin is healthy, and the local government should raise the ratio of real estate in GDP and invest more in the development of new district so as to incentivise the economy.
