摘要

A reversed-phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine p-cresidine sulfonic acid and p-cresidine. Separation was accomplished with a Kromasil C-18 column with methanol-tetrabutylammonium chloride (10mM)-water (40/43/17, V/V/V) as mobile phase; detection was performed at a wavelength of 287 nm by UV absorption. The application of the method provides a rapid and efficient technique for the quantitative determination of p-cresidine sulfonic acid and p-cresidine in the industrial processing of p-cresidine sulfonic acid.
