摘要

General contractor takes most of the risks in the process of EPC project. The paper aims to find out the key risks for the EPC projects and take measures to deal with them. To deal with the problem, we use the sensitivity analysis model to analyze the economic benefit risks for international engineering EPC project and its influencing factors. Firstly, we build the economic benefit Index for EPC project and analyze its influencing factors. Then, we use the sensitivity analysis model to determine the key risk factors and critical point for the cost and profit. By calculating the critical point of the risk factors, the contractor can monitor the risks changes for the project from feasible to unfeasible. M Reservoir Engineering in Sri Lanka is presented to illustrate how the method works. The results of the study contribute to confirming the key risk factors of the cost and profit for the general contractor.
