With the development of globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the environment faced by enterprises is becoming more and more complicated to be predicted. In this paper, the concept and classification of enterprise strategic flexibility, the relationship with the enterprise performance and the means to enhance the performance of the enterprise were introduced, on the basis that the speed and trend of environmental change that were difficult to predict was introduced, the necessity of deepening the enterprise strategic flexibility was put forward, the relationship between the enter prise and the dynamic environment was summarized through questionnaire survey, and not only a useful reference for the enterprise strategic practice, but also a theoretical basis for the use of strategic flexibility under the dynamic environment was provided.
