摘要

The temperature distribution of a two-layered material in a semi-infinite domain subjected to ultra-fast pulse-laser heating at the front surface is solved in this study. The interfacial contact conductance existing at the interface is included in the analysis. The dual-phase-tag (DPL) model is applied to examine the lagging behavior of the two-layer material. The effects of interfacial contact conductance and the thickness of the surface layer on the temperature solution of the material are also investigated.
