摘要

Flexible rGO-MnO2 has been synthesized by a simple electrochemical method by applying positive and negative pulse electric signal on GO and KMnO4 mixture dispersion, in which MnO2 nanoparticles are uniformly deposited on the rGO film. Owing to its freestanding structure, rGO-MnO2 is directly used as an electrode in the electrochemical tests without addition of any binders or conductive additives. Encouragingly, rGO-MnO2 nanohybrid exhibits an excellent capacitive performance with a high specific capacitance of 244 F g(-1) at 2 A g(-1) in 0.5 M Na2SO4 electrolyte. Meanwhile, capacitive performance has almost no effect under different bending conditions. In the cycling test, the rGO-MnO2 nanohybrid presents an excellent stability with 85.6% capacitance retention after 1000 cycles. Therefore, the prepared rGO-MnO2 would be promising as electrode materials for flexible and high performance supercapacitors.
