摘要

Lead titanate powders were synthesized via sol-gel combustion method. Citric acid was used as the fuel to reduce the crystallization temperature. The ratios of sol to fuel contents were 1:1 to 1:4 by%w/w. The synthesized powder was characterized by XRD and SEM. The XRD results indicated that the single tetragonal phase can be obtained at the low calcinations temperature (300 degrees C) with using the ratio of 1:4. The particle are almost spherical shape and the particle size were increased with the increasing of calcinations temperatures and the particle size were about 98-116nm.
