摘要
The phononic band gap (PBG) structure of a two-dimensional composite medium, which is constituted of a square array of parallel, elastic anisotropic, circular Pb cylinders in the elastic isotropic poly-vinyl-chloride is investigated theoretically based on the plane wave expansion method. The results show that the width of the PBGs of the system can be changed by rotating the embedded Pb cylinders. A relationship among the width of PBGs, the rotation angle and the filling fraction is presented.
