In this paper we developed the model for the Extrasensory Perception Phenomena (ESP) phenomena. We locate ESP phenomena in subatomic space-time. We argue that the ESP phenomena are generated by the same source with temperature T = 10(-15) eV which emits brain waves. The ESP are created by the Heaviside quantons - charge particles with mass%26lt;10(-15) eV and charge = electron charge (light electrons) and velocity v%26gt;c, the light velocity. Interacting with brain medium the Heaviside particles generate ESP phenomena. The nature of Heaviside particle with velocities %26gt;%26gt; c can be investigated by the transmission electron microscope (TEM) of brain matter.
