摘要
A new furanocoumarin oncosepalin A (1), together with two known compounds, ferulic acid and beta-sitosterol, was isolated from the roots of Angelica oncosepala. The structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR experiments, as well as high-resolution EI mass analysis. Compound 1 showed cytotoxic inhibition against HL-60 human tumor cell lines with an IC50 value of 2.04 mu M.
