Service discovery is the important link of intercommunication between service requesters and service providers, however, the virtues or defect degree of service discovery mechanism is the key factor of affecting service discovery efficiency. In order to make the supplied web services satisfy service quality requirements of service requesters, extend registry center of UDDI and use tModel for describing non-functional attributes of services that is quality of service (QoS). Furthermore, make genetic algorithm apply to multiattribute decision-making and we propose an approach on Web services discovery of multiattribute decision-making based on genetic algorithm which can make the selected service extremely satisfy service requesters. By means of system experimental evidence, the approach can efficiently enhance the retrieval quality of services.
