摘要
In this paper,an adaptive mesh editing method for finite element mesh models based on features is proposed to meet the requirements of engineering.The local re-meshing region is firstly determined according to the feature operations.Then,an aided mesh patch which is used to generate the density field for local re-meshing based on harmonic function is constructed.Guided by the density field,the local region is re-meshed by advanced front method (AFM).Experimental results show that our method can generate high quality mesh to meet the requirements of finite element analysis.
