摘要

In order to propose the mathematical model of transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor (TFLSRM), the structure and principle of TFLSRM were analyzed and the mathematical model of the magnetic equivalent circuits was constructed. The calculation formulas of the air-gap permeances in all-position range for a phase cycle were derivated on the assumption that the gap magnetic field was cut apart by straight lines and elliptical curves. The inductance and flux linkage of a phase which were expressed by the air-gap permeance were obtained, the mathematical model of thrust force and normal force was constructed. The validity of the proposed mathematical model was verified by the results of the finite element analysis. There was great influence on thrust force and normal force with different widths of secondary side pole and air-gap lengths. The hardware in the loop simulation experiment was done to prove the validity of the proposed mathematical model.
