摘要

By introducing density-dependent coupling constants the problem of a tachyon pole in the chiral sigma-omega model is resolved. The 1-loop contributions of the sigma and pi meson to the nucleon binding energy are thereby included. We found that the critical density at which a tachyon pole appears can be moved to a very large one, while the empirical properties of nuclear matter such as the saturation density, binding energy, and incompressibility are well reproduced.
