A SURVEY ON CURRENT SECURITY STRATEGIES IN DATA WAREHOUSES

Data in Data Warehouse (DW) comes from various operational or traditional data sources and these data contains sensitive information of an organization which is used by decision maker to analyze the status and the development of an organization. Such sensitive information needs security so as to prevent these sensitiveinformation from the unauthorized user. Current research in data warehouse has shown number of methods to secure the data. These methods are defined at business level, conceptual level, logical level and physical level. In this paper, all the current security strategies are discussed.
