摘要

The uncertainty of engine crankshaft remanufacturing process is studied in this paper. Firstly, the uncertainty connotation of the surface roughness of remanufactured crankshaft journals is analyzed from the angle of the existing discrepancy in journal surface roughness caused by the differences of the impairs and repair processes of crankshaft, and with the optimum journal surface roughness as reference base, the uncertainty measure of journal surface roughness is studied. Then with consideration of the nonlinear, fuzzy and grey relations between the uncertainty of journal surface roughness and the quality of engine, a model for the grey correlation mapping between them is established to reveal the coupling mechanism between the surface roughness uncertainty of crankshaft journal and the product quality of remanufactured engine. Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed is verified with the quality data of remanufactured engine.
