摘要

The work deals with modelling the emergence of pathological crowd behaviours (avalanches, stranding) in the event of emergency evacuations. We propose a system of message propagating agents under spatial and social interactions, assuming that the agents are endowed with a specific internal logic. Therefore, the proposed crowd behaviour model is a hybrid fusing spatial, social and logical models. We have performed extensive simulations varying the system parameters. Experimental results show that agents using a Boolean logic reasoning model produce avalanches, while agents using a Diamond logic reasoning model lead to stranded crowds.
