摘要

This text through the experimental teaching of Health Qigong to comparative analysis the mental health indicators which were measured before-and-after exercise among the experimental class and the contrast class. The findings show that the Health Qigong exercise participation is specifically significant and can effective improves the mental health level of high school students; the Health Qigong exercise participation is an effective adjust the mental health of high school students. Suggestion: the Health Qigong should be as the local characteristics, and then bring it into the school curriculum and the circle of high school students, meanwhile widely popularize the Health Qigong activities. In the process of teaching Health Qigong, teachers should always pay close attention to the students' psychological change, follow closely attention to the students' mental health problems, focus on the role of the Health Qigong in the psychological adjustment and also give some help and guidance for improving the mental health of high school students.
