摘要
Sulfonyl-substituted 1,3-enynes were synthesized in moderate to high yields by Sonogashira coupling reaction of (E)-beta-iodovinyl sulfones with terminal alkynes. The sulfonyl group was further transformed to various substitutents by desulfonylation coupling with Grignard reagents in the presence of NiCl(2)(PPh(3))(2).
