摘要
The increasing enrollment of college students leads to the exponential growth of employment pressure for the students. Until 2013, the "world's most difficult employment season" phenomenon was prevailing, such that all colleges and universities had to re-examine career planning education for college students and the psychological quality of the guidance. Based on traditional college students' career planning education, the views of the modern media environment on college students' career planning and the promotion of psychological quality are forwarded in this paper. In this study, current situation and problems of traditional career planning education for college students were analyzed and explained. At the same time, the advantages of the modern media environment on college students' career planning and promotion of mental quality were compared and analyzed. Via investigation of the experiment, the influence of the modern media environment on college students was analyzed. Results showed that the modern media environment has good effect on college students' career planning and the promotion of mental quality. The study will provide the basis of theoretical research and reform of college student career planning and education.
