摘要

By using both successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) and solvothermal methods, flexible BiOI/SiO2 hybrid membrane was fabricated through deposition of BiOI nanostructures on electrospun SiO2 fiberous mats. The BiOI on SiO2 fiber surface presented flake morphology of several hundred nanometers by SILAR method, whereas, the particle BiOI smaller than 50 nm was decorated more uniformly on the fiber surface by solvothermal method. The resulted BiOI by both two approaches are well crystalline from the X-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy detection. The obtained BiOI/SiO2 hybrid membranes exhibited good catalytic performance toward decomposition of RhB under visible light irradiation. Particularly, the small BiOI nanoparticles possessed higher activity to degrade dyes. Due to the easy preparation and flexible property, the obtained BiOI/SiO2 hybrid membranes are promising catalysts for practical application.
