摘要
With the development of basketball professionalism, the rules and regulations of basketball technique and tactics vary in different periods. In this paper, the new rules of the 2014 international basketball was selected as the research object; modifications of the four plates as the semi-circular area, the shot clock, the basket score, and the suspended quantity were compared and analyzed; through the research on the modification of the rules of scientific research methods such as the expert interview and mathematical statistics and its applications in the game, the impacts of new rules on basketball tactics were obtained.
