摘要

Nanocrystalline La2/3Ca1/3MnO3+delta powders were successfully synthesized by a new citrate pyrolysis process modified by methylcellulose additive. The particle size can be controlled effectively by adjusting the treatment temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to study the microstructure and morphology of these nanomaterials. The effects of pyrolysis conditions on the formation of La2/3Ca1/3MnO3+delta nanocrystalline have been investigated and discussed in brief.
