摘要
Novel vanadium oxide nanotubes (VO2.35(C2H3)(0.28) NTs) are manufactured hydrothermally from a mixture of a V(2)O5 . nH(2)O gel with aqueous poly(vinyl alcohol) for 3-6 h at 160-180degreesC. The tube diameters are 30-150 nm; lengths, several micrometers. The X-ray photoelectron spectra, electrical conductivity, and thermal properties of the nanotubes are studied.
