摘要
The biotechnique of manipulationn of oocytes enclosed in preantral follicles (MOEPF), also called artificial ovary, aims to create in vitro an appropriated culture system which allows the survive, grow, maturation and further fertilization of small oocytes from preantral follicles, by preventing the atresia that occurs abundantly in the ovaries. This review emphasizes the importance and the state of art of MOEPF, focusing on the main hormones and growth factors involved in the in vitro development of preantral follicles.
