摘要

PMU configuration in the actual process, due to economic factors, cannot configurate a sufficient number of PMUs to make the system completely observable; this paper studies an optimal PMU placement based on incomplete observation for the given number of PMUs in a grid. After getting configurations, if the solution is not unique, then the system probabilistic reliability index is used as a reference factor to determine the largest value of the probabilistic reliability PMU incremental optimization program, and the CLMCS flow calculation method is used to verify the correctness of selected programs and gives the results of various programs and the number of iterations.
