摘要

A novel distributed equilibrium and management system (DEMS) of dynamic battery power pack is brought forward in this paper. It consists of battery monitoring subsystem, equilibrium subsystem, management subsystem and upper control unit. Monobus is applied to the subsystem communication. Controller area network (CAN) bus is applied to the communication between the management subsystem and the upper control unit. The DEMS is provided with the function of dynamic battery power pack equilibrium and management whether in charging mode or in discharging mode. The equilibrium subsystem consists of mini chargers and the amount of charger is no more than that of the batterys. This leads to more flexible equilibrium controlling and the system configuration becomes more simple because of the avoidance of one-to-one equipment. The cost is knock-down and the reliability is improved. The topology structure and the working principle is expounded in detail. Taking the parking mode and running mode as examples, the system equilibrium tests are carried out. The test results indicate that the DEMS can precisely distinguish the equilibrium state of the battery pack whether it works in charging mode, discharging mode or static mode. At the same time, the dynamic and real-time equilibrium of the battery pack can be brought to success.
