摘要

A method is proposed for determining fat-soluble vitamins A, A(1), D-3, and E in various matrixes by reversed-phase HPLC with diode-array detection. The method detection limits, analytical ranges for analytes, and relative errors of analysis are found. The conditions of solid-phase extraction are optimized to attain the maximum recovery and preconcentration of vitamins from complex biological matrixes.
