Ultrafine grained TLM alloy sheets were prepared by an accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) technique. The effect of heat treatment and processing methods on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the TLM sheet, phase transformation and microstructural evolvement of the TLM ARB sheet were studied by metallographic microscope, XRD, SEM, TEM and tensile test. The results show that the surface quality and the performance of the sheets are the best by cold rolling and annealing at 610 degrees C. For 2 layer to the 8 layer ARB sheets, the grain size are about 80 similar to 300 nm, the modulus are about 62 similar to 70 GPa, and tensile strength are 995 similar to 1050 MPa. In addition, the interface of uniform deformation 4 layers or 8 layers ARB sheet forms good cross type mechanical combination.
