摘要

Well whole stability is the key of radial well construction. Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, considering the rock fluid solid coupling effect. and with the initial stress of vertical section and radial wells rock drilling to remove the causes of concentration phenomenon, establish horizontal wells 3D radial well elasto-plastic model, analyze the borehole stability and collapsing area by the two parameters of maximum shear stress and equivalent plastic strain, and study the effects of the horizontal stress difference, the azimuth angel of radial well, the diameter of radius well, the length of radial well and the radial hole number on the stability of radial well. The results show that the horizontal stress difference and the hole number of radial well have obvious influence on wellbore stability of multi branch radial wells, while in a certain range, the hole length and the diameter have little effect on the stability of radial wellbore. In addition, in order to improve the stability of radial wellbore, the construction plan of the target well is as follows: the number of single hole is 4 holes, the diameter of radial well is 3 similar to 5cm. and the length of radial well is 60 similar to 100 m.
