摘要

To explore the effects of Carbon Cap and Trade Policy (CCTP) on the blast furnace production planning and to make reasonable planning schemes, an iron making plant which produced multiple products by multiple recipes was considered, and two production planning mixed integer linear programming models with two types of carbon constraints (periodic carbon constraint and cumulative carbon constraint) under CCTP were constructed based on block molding method. Then, Cplex was used for solving the models and making numerical analysis to verify the effectiveness of the models. The results showed that when carbon price had changed dynamically, the production amounts and the kinds of recipes used at every period did not show periodic characteristics under the cumulative carbon constraint condition, and the production planning was less affected, which was different from the periodic carbon constraint condition. The more increases of carbon cap, the more of total cost reduces under the cumulative carbon constraint condition comparing with the periodic carbon constraint condition. Under the periodic carbon constraint condition, the fluctuation of carbon emission amount was larger and the peak value of carbon emission amount was higher than the cumulative carbon constraint condition.
