摘要

Flavonoids from Acanthopanax Senticosus Harms were extracted by means of a microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) technique. The influence of some operation conditions, such as ethanol content, microwave irradiation time, processing pressure and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume, on the extraction yield of those compounds has been studied by using orthogonal test and optimization based on multivariate statistics. The experimental results show that the highest extraction yield can be obtained when extraction solvent is 50% ethanl, processing pressure is 700 kPa, microwave irradiation time is, 10 minutes and the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume is 1:20. Under the optimum conditions of MAE, there is a 40% increase of the extraction yield of flavonoids as compared with Soxhelt extraction.
