摘要

Traditional Virtual Instrument is lack of openness and expansibility, because its construction is closed. The development framework of Virtual Instruments which is based on configuration software technology is researched. The system structure, execution model based on double-drive, and function structure of the development framework are thoroughly illustrated. The theory of rotating machinery order analysis is introduced. Order analysis software based on instantaneous frequency estimation is developed. The order analysis instrument is designed. And functions of instrument based on configuration software technology can be configured when it is working. Finally, using both simulate signal and real signal, instrument is tested. At the same time, it is compared with function of LabVIEW system. These show that the instrument has excellent features of using and implement, also avoids problems of openness and expansibility.
