摘要
Up-conversion luminescence layer of Er(3+)-doped TiO(2) was prepared by hydrothermal method and high-temperature melting, and then assembled in a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). The influence of adding up-conversion luminescence layer on the photoelectronic properties of the DSSC and up-conversion luminescence mechanisms was discussed based on characterization results of XRD, F-4500, UV and I-V curve of the solar cell. The results show that the performances of DSSC are dramatically improved owing to the introduction of up-conversion luminescence layer. The best efficiency is 0.14% irradiated by a infrared light with 80 mW.cm(-2), higher than that of without this layer by 160%.
