摘要
The financial crisis ravaged the world, thousands of companies ceased to exist overnight. However, every crisis is a major reshuffle of the world economy, some bankrupt and some growth. This crisis is good chance for strong Chinese enterprises to expand overseas. However, it is not all smooth for overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This article analyses opportunities and problems of Chinese Overseas M&A, and comes up with countermeasures about how to prevent the failure of overseas M&A.
