Nanosized labels for rapid immunotests

This review summarizes developments in labels for rapid immunotests. Their application in bio-imaging in cellular and molecular biology, biosensing and biotechnology is becoming interesting as a tool for rapid tests and point-of-care techniques. For each label, we discuss the possibility of simultaneous detection of multiple analytes and reader application.
