摘要

Imidazolium ionic liquids (ILs) have extensive applications in various fields. In the present study, the influence of the carbon. chain length of alkyl group on the imidazolium ring and the various halogen anions including Cl-, Br- and I- on the spectral properties of ILs were systematically investigated. We found that the fluorescence intensity of imidazolium ILs increased with the increasing carbon. chain length of alkyl groups, while decreased with the decreasing electronegativity of the halogen anions. The addition of hemoglobin (Hb) into the ILs solutions resulted in the fluorescence enhancement of ILs, thus a quantitative method was developed for Hb detection within a linear concentration range of 0.03 - 1.0. mu mol/L, with a detection limit of 8 nmol/L. Based on the effect of different protein species on the spectral properties of the imidazolium ILs, a sensor array was fabricated for the discrimination of 8 proteins. The discrimination accuracy was found to be >90% when the protein concentrations were higher than 500 nmol/L.
