摘要
It is often necessary to deal with the uncertainness and fuzziness for a complex decision process. This paper considers the uncertainness and fuzziness existed in people's judgment, and discusses the consistency problems of group judgment in the complex systems. A consistency coordinating technique for the group judgment is presented, and the fuzzy judgment matrix is constructed. Then a new method for deriving fuzzy priorities from fuzzy judgment matrix is developed. Finally, an applied example in the water quality plan is given for demonstrating our method.
