摘要

Nickel-zinc ferrite thin films were deposited from a target of Ni0.2Zn0.8Fe2O4 onto a SrTiO3 using XeCl excimer laser operating at 308 nm and frequency of 30 Hz. The magnetic properties of the thin films were studied in the temperature range 5300 K and in fields of up to 5 T using SQUID magnetometry. Field (FC) and zero field cooled (ZFC) magnetization studies have also been carried out at low fields from 5 to 300 K. Data on temperature and field dependence of magnetization provide a strong evidence for supermagnetism.
