摘要

In the 21st century,competition among enterprises increasingly fierce,how to make enterprises unique in the fierce competition,it need to evaluate the management level. Since the role of human capital in the enterprise increasingly important, so the comprehensive evaluation of human resource management is particularly important. However, how to evaluate human resource management, it has been a controversial issue. This paper studied human resource management evaluation from the way to build and evaluate human resource management evaluation system. Firstly, according to the principles of human resource management evaluation,the paper proposed the index of human resources management evaluation. Secondly, the use of fuzzy mathematics knowledge exploration, the human resource management evaluation of some vague information to the quantitative, in order to build a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human resource management. Finally, use the examples to analysis the model and conclude the level of corporate human resource management. In Human Resource Management Assessment can provide a scientific basis for the company's human resource management through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, thus providing a basis for comparison and judgment of policy-makers to further improve the scientific and correct decisions.
