摘要

We report the case of a 75-year-old woman with dual primary subclavicular angiosarcoma and lung cancer. FDG PET showed enhanced uptake (SUV(max) 12.2) in the subclavicular lesion and equivocal uptake (SUV(max) 3.8) in the lung lesion. C-11 acetate (AC) PET showed equivocal uptakes in both with SUV(max), values of 1.56 and 1.1, respectively. Incisional biopsy of the subclavicular mass and video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery were performed, as we considered the 2 lesions to be unrelated malignant tumors based on the findings of FDG-PET and AC-PET. Finally, the 2 lesions were diagnosed as subclavicular angiosarcoma and lung cancer.
