摘要

Herein we describe the synthesis and the structural characterization of a new heterobimetallic {(CuCoII)-Co-II} system constructed using the [Cu-II(acac)(phen)(H2O)(+) mononuclear species and the [Co-II(NCS)(4)](2-) anion as tectons. The reaction of [Cu-II(acac)(phen)(H2O)](ClO4) with (Et4N)(2)[Co-II(NCS)(4)] in acetonitrile leads to green crystals of [Cu-2(II)(acac)(2)(phen)(2)Co-II(NCS)(4)]center dot 2[Cu-II(acac)(phen)(NCS)). The X-ray diffraction studies revealed a supramolecular solid-state architecture in which heterotrinuclear [{Cu-II(acac)(phen)}(2)(CoNCS)-N-II)(4)] and mononuclear [Cu-II(acac)(phen)(NCS)] entities are held together by pi-pi stacking interactions and S center dot center dot center dot S interactions.
