摘要

Surface acoustic wave with its characteristics had modified its applications in the medical fields. Depending on its characteristics, surface acoustic wave with its two generated components can be used for sensing and diagnosing. Mechanical wave is a generated one from the transducer can be used as a tool for streaming the liquid depending on the input power to the transducer. This paper presents a mathematical model for using the surface acoustic wave as a streaming tool of liquids with different concentrations. Consequently, new design of micro drug pumping has been proposed. This paper had been divided into three sections; firstly, This paper introduces the mechanism of using this kind of wave for streaming any liquid including the control system for streaming with an automatic sensing and detecting of air-bubbles with the same kind of wave. The second part had presented the mathematical model that determines the flow rate of any solution as a function of its concentration as compared to the flow rate of the water (reference solution) for the same input power. Thirdly, the results as trade-off between the used frequency and the used substrate had been discussed.
