Norlignans from Asparagus cochinchinensis

摘要

A new norlignan glycoside, named iso-agatharcsinoside (2), and its aglycone, iso-agatharesinol (1), were isolated from the tuberous roots of Asparagus cochinchinensis. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral data, particularly by the use of 1D NMR and several 2D shift-correlated NMR pulse sequences (H-1-H-1 COSY, HSQC, HMBC and ROESY).
