The moment curvature relationship of the fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforced concrete beams is analyzed based on the traditional “plane sections remain plane” assumption (the Bernoulli’s principle) in steel reinforced concrete beam theory. The variations of the ultimate moment and curvature versus the FRP ratio of FRP reinforced concrete beams are also calculated.
