The title compound, [WCl2(C12H8N2)(2)], is a six-coordinate complex with a distorted octahedral geometry around the W atom. C-H center dot center dot center dot Cl hydrogen-bond interactions and pi-pi stacking interactions are responsible for the supramolecular assembly.
