摘要
A novel domino reaction catalyzed by an organic molecule based on alpha,beta-unsaturated aromatic aldehydes and methylethylketones has been developed. The progress allows one-pot and efficient synthesis of polysubstituted 4-oxocyclohexanecarbaldehyde derivatives via pyrrolidine mediated under mild conditions. The reaction consists of three consecutive reactions: an aldol condensation reaction and a tandem inter-Michael-intra-Michael addition reaction.
