摘要

The pretreatment of the plate surface is important to the quality and life of production.This paper proposed a new method of surface derusting and surface strengthening for plate based impact contact of rope. Derusting mechanisms and working process were analyzed, and a kinematics equation was established. A dynamics model of the rope using 6-dimension spring flexible connection was built based on the discretization method, and the impact contact force model between the rope and the plate was introduced. The variation rule of the velocity and contact force was obtained with dynamic simulation in Adams. A test machine was designed. The experiment shows that: this derusting method is feasible and has good effect, the derusting grade can reach ST3, it has good application prospect in surface derusting and surface strengthening for small and medium size steel plates.
